Description

These Sheet Pan Burger Sliders are a simple, crowd-pleasing way to enjoy juicy burgers without the hassle of grilling. Baked to perfection on a single pan, these mini burgers are ideal for parties, family dinners, or game day spreads. With customizable toppings and minimal cleanup, they’re the ultimate easy comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 812 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Pickles, ketchup, and mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a half-sheet pan (18×13 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Meat: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
  3. Press and Bake: Evenly press the meat mixture into the prepared sheet pan. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Drain and Top with Cheese: Carefully drain excess grease. Lay cheese slices evenly over the meat and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  5. Add the Buns: Place top halves of slider buns over the cheese. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake for another 5 minutes to lightly toast the buns.
  6. Slice and Serve: Cut into individual sliders along bun lines. Serve warm with pickles, ketchup, mustard, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the bottom buns before assembling to prevent sogginess. You can split the sheet pan into sections to make different slider flavors in one batch.
